Those blue cars were wrongly parked. Luckily we have a dump truck that wants to drive back and forth to deliver the blue cars to the catapult. Then the shark can eat them. That will teach those cars a lesson.

Beware the dump truck rides backwards then forwards then backwards... you get it. Also the blue cars dont ride.
