First, you must press the tilde (~) key right above your tab key to open the console. After this, you type "open VNTE(SU for Supremacy)-(Map name i.e. CuChi, HueCity, SongBe, etc.)? minplayers=(minimum number of players you want) maxplayers=(max number of players you want)" to start the map. The full command will look something like "open VNTE-CuChi?minplayers=64?maxplayers=64", with min and max players being optional. After the map loads, you can open the console again and type "addbots (number)". This will add bots that will be equally distributed across both teams. After this, you can play on your server with bots. The bots have pretty stellar combat AI, but they can't navigate the map very well, so some bots may end up getting stuck in spawn.
