[SOUNDPACK] Duke Nukem

"Damn, I'm lookin' good!" - Duke Nukem

This adds in a new soundpack called "Duke Nukem" for the "Joe Washington" character.
As seen on the screenshots, all you gotta do is go to Profiles, then choose "Joe Washington" and select "Duke Nukem" as voice.
