That doesn't mean this is bad. It's VERY good. The atmosphere is perfect for the subject-- it's quiet and unnerving, and makes you wonder what's around the corner. The pacing is just about perfect-- the enemies appear just often enough to keep you involved, and events occur often enough to drive the player's attention to the map.

It said "BAD ENDING", then quickly switched to "GOOD ENDING"... Unfortunately, it wasn't really worth it.

to get the good ending, get the grenade and blow up the wall in the attic with the graffiti. then go right for the door

1 complaint: the bad ending is very unsatisfactory, for a multitude of reasons. Firstly, because of the fact that there is no clear alternative path to take, it feels like any other ending either doesn't exist, or isn't worth accomplishing. To add to that, it feels like there is no reason for a bad ending-- it doesn't make sense in the context of either the story or even of a general bad-ending-good-ending scheme. "I spent too much time in the house, so the father is gonna suck my brains out with his senseless magic now." BAD END. What makes it worse is that I don't know why I get that ending. I got halfway through the map, and the bad end occured. Later, I played until I got to the front door, and the same end happened. I don't recieve feedback or any helpful information from the game, so I don't really know what is happening and why it's happening.

So far, the best out of the first 3, by far.

Let's be clear. gm_derelict was the name of my next map. That map sucks. I hate it and I regret making it. Gm_madhou5e took its place. Honestly, gm_madhou5e is my favorite so far even though it's not done yet. The map is coop safe and has alternate starts. So in co-op mode, you and your buddy are separtated at the start. In single player mode, you have a shot at one of the two starts.
