An original design by AzemOcram in the style of Miami Art Deco. Sorry but no Ploppable RICO file yet.

Feel free to alter this and upload your altered versions. I grant unlimited permission to remix and redistribute. This could be retextured to look at home in a New York styled city.

Apparently it's a real pain to update pre 1.8 assets so I went ahead and finished UV unwrapping the buiding and LOD, darkened the stone and copper parts of the texture, and chose slightly darker, more subdued color variations. Please check out the new version, which you should be able to see if you go to my workshop.

Do you have a retextured version where the textures aren’t as bright or have an easy fix for this in say asset editor?
