Shimakaze's Rensouhou, the largest of the trio.

Controls :
-arrows to move;
-4/6 to rotate head;
-2/8 to raise and lower guns;
-5 to shoot;
-1/7 and 3/9 is hands controls.

I couldn't make this stably on early or new versions.

It's so cute.
Feedback: I guess this is made in version 0.40 or earlier. Now in ver0.45, if push left or right key the buoy will break immediately. I find a wheel with 40x speed in the botton, then change to 10x, make steering safe. But the buoy still can't touch anything, it breaks.
