Description
E.L.S.A. LEC-24X 'Jester' Amphibious Support Vehicle:

Initially developed by E.L.S.A. Military Research and Development's Ruby Defense branch as an experimental landing craft, the LEC-24 eventually evolved into a multi-role motorized support unit capable of naval deployment, reconnaissance, communications, fire support, and transport.
