Click Create puzzle.
Set width to 99 and height to 50.
Click advanced.
Set the seed to "0".
Click play and wait for the level to load (might take some time).
Below is the solution to the level

However it is very hard to fill the cells -- I spent about 20 minutes to fill 5 rows from 50 :-(

You need to up your resolution, which sucks because if your monitor isn't big enough to do that then the achievement is impossible as far as I'm aware.

lol my maximu width and heigh is 83 x 41
