Introduction
I've completed the game several times within 20hrs of gameplay. Recently I unlocked all the achievements and I've decided to make a guide about it. I've categorized and organized all the achievements. Most of them are pretty easy to get, but there are tricky ones as well. If you're hunting for achievements, I highly recommend you to turn your Cleric into Bookworm before progressing. (See "The Duo" for more information.)
Progression Achievements (14/33)
These achievements are hard to miss if you're planning to complete the game.

Lucky
Roll 20 in any die roll.

Unlucky
Roll 1 in any die roll.

Bring It On
Win a boss fight.

Dress Up
Have a character fully equipped..

Dungeon Delver
Clear all rooms in a dungeon.

I’m Just Looking
Fully investigate 5 areas.

Feng Shui Master
Acquire 5 pieces of Game Room furniture.

Collector
Find 10 unique items.

Specialist
Assign 15 skills points in a single skill.

The Big Spender
Spend over 9000 gold.

Hero’s Journey
Complete the main storyline.

The Explorer
Visit every location in the game.
The DLC zones are not count. You'll get this achievement usually right after you complete the game.

Many Talents
Assign 4 points in all four skills.
It's pretty uncommon to assign 4 points in all four skills since you'll be maxing 1-2 skill usually and skill points are quite significant, but you can assign 4 points in all skills then reset the character with gold.
Level Achievements (4/33)

Squire
Reach Level 10

Knight
Reach Level 20

Champion
Reach Level 30

King
Reach Level 40
You'll be around 35 after you complete every sidequest before entering Here Be Dragons DLC zones. It's easy to get 40 in DLC zone.
Crafting Achievements (6/33)
Mad Scientist
Craft an item without a recipe.
I suggest this guide for this achievement. It's pretty easy to get.

Crafting +1
Craft equipment with a +1 enchantment.

Crafting +2
Craft equipment with a +2 enchantment.

Crafting +3
Craft equipment with a +3 enchantment.

Crafting +4
Craft equipment with a +4 enchantment.
You'll get +4 scrolls when you beat the game around 30s.

Crafting +5
Craft equipment with a +5 enchantment.
You'll get +5 scrolls in shop around late 30s to 40s. This is the endgame scroll.

Class Achievements (7/33)
Class: Ninja
Unlock the Ninja class.
You'll get a quest in Spawn Point Village in the early levels which will take you back to the Nearby Cave to look for ninjas. You'll meet with Ninja Fevil at 2nd floor of the dungeon, then he will join your team.

Class: Monk
Unlock the Monk class.
You'll unlock Monk's DLC zone at 14lvl, but you need to be at least 26-27lvl with a great story progression to be able to unlock Monk. It's sidequest starts in the Monastry.

Class: Barbarian
Unlock the Barbarian class.
There's a sidequest in Red Wastes at late game which will make you fight with Barbarian and Cavemen. After you finish the quest chain, he will join your team.

Class: Knight
Unlock the Knight class.
After you complete the main story, you'll get a quest that will take you to The Paywall, which is the beginning of DLC. You'll find a sidequest here which will unlock Knight.

Class: Warlock
Unlock the Warlock class.
Can be bought from the Magazine for 500g.

Class: Druid
Unlock the Druid class.
Can be bought from the Magazine for 250g

Class: Psion
Unlock the Psion class.
Can be bought from the Magazine for 250g.
The Duo (2/33)
Sudden Death
Inflict an enemy with all conditions.
It might look challenging since only 4.2% of players have unlocked this achievement, but in fact it's pretty easy one. This guide explains it very well.

Virtual Reality
Beat the virtual out of reality.
This is where the game gets it's grindfest side. You'll get a 25lvl sidequest at Laboratory, they will inform you about Bestiary and they will want you to complete it, just like a Pokedex. There are a lot of monsters and to complete them you have to kill like 30 of each. Bookworm character makes it 15 each so she is highly recommended. Some of the monsters (Like Mimic or Doppelgangers) are only found in specific dungeons and are usually hard to kill, so killing 30 of them takes a while, but you will complete most of the Bestiary by completing every quest you see. I'm planning to make another guide about monsters and where to find them.

You are missing the "Cosplay is in my veins" achievement. The first section of your guide "progression achievements" has only 14 achievements in it

Figured it out after some looking around:
- There's a needed monster called the Greater Doppleganger who's info only gets added if you kill it before it transforms, which isn't easy since it spawns at level 34.
- The good news is that 7 of them spawn as the boss of the dungeon located next to The Past, though said dugneon only shows up if you've killed the Lich.

So I've, as best I can tell, maxed out the Beastiary, and completed Virtual Reality parts 1, 2, 3, and Ori-Gami. Still don't have the achievement. Did I miss something?

An easy way to get Mimic kills is to head to the broken balance dungeon. On the second floor, where the boss room is suppose to be, you will always encounter a mimic along with other enemies (as long as you've already cleared the dungeon once). Just focus the mimic, kill it, then run away. You'll be placed right outside the room again so enter over and over until you've killed enough :)
