Barren Terraforming Fix

Beschreibung
As of patch 1.7, this bug has been fixed, making this mod obsolete.

In vanilla, the red barren planets that look like Mars can be terraformed if they have the Terraforming Candidate modifier, but the button doesn't appear on the blue ones (since they are a different planet class: pc_barren_cold).

This mod allows cold barren planets to be terraformed.

This should still be compatible with 1.6 even though it has the box with the exclamation mark. If it's not then leave a comment.

They "finally" fixed it, after promising that they fixed it in 1.5...? Okay. Thanks.
I haven't play the game since 1.6. So It's pretty much going to be almost completely new for me ;)

This mod shouldn't be needed anymore, since Paradox already fixed the bug.

Anyone know if it's compatible with 2.2?

1.6.2 still has not fixed this, despite it being listed as fixed on the stellariswiki page.

Works like a charm despite not being updated after 1.6

Yet another bug I noticed in one of my playthroughs. I got two of these frozen worlds in neighboring systems (what are the odds?), good sized planets, too. But the button did not appear. I hope Paradox is aware of this.

Anyway, cheers for the mod/patch, here's to hoping it works!

If you can't terraform any world with a habitat, then it might be a bug with the vanilla game, or a conflict with one of your other mods, since this one only adds terraforming links to barren worlds.

it says "no megastructure may be in orbit"
DeadpanGod3 20. Mai 2017 um 13:50
it is the same for any world with a habbitat.

I've just tested this and it works fine for me. Try checking the requirements for terraforming the planet, maybe those might have some clues?
