Well, should still change the location, and perhaps add on to it.

I had dawnguard, it did not conflict at the time

Is this the same location where players go to see falion about getting rid of their vampirism, for if this is true then you might need to move it to another location for trying to use this location while a DLC like Dawnguard is active could cause big bug problems.

The mod is 11 years old, they could have changed any number of things on the same location by now so I can't confirm it's still there or doesn't conflict with something else, but again the mod was working last I tested it and was at the location I described.
