Less Stupid Egalitarians

As it stands the Egalitarian Faction above all others suffers from an infuriating case of binary ethics.
To them allowing slavery but not owning any slaves at all is just as vile and reprehensible as forcing entire species under the yoke of chattel slavery.

No longer!

The Free Movement, Reproductive Freedoms, Slavery and Social Equality demands of the faction have been reworked thusly:

Free Movement
- No limitations: +1
- Limitations to less than 25% pops: -2
- Limitations to more than 25% pops: -5 (stackes with the above)
- Core World Access and Resettlement ban are now two independent demands with a +2/-2 opinion modifiers each

Reproductive Freedoms
- No Reproduction controls: +2
- Controls on less than 25% pops: -5
- Controls on more than 25% pops: -5 (stackes with the above)

Slavery
- No Slavery ban: -5
- Own any slaves: -5 (stackes with the above)
- More than 25% pops are slaves: -5 (stackes with the above)

Social Equality
- Equal Citizenship for all: +5
- Residence or less for less than 25% pops: -5 (replaces the above)
- Residence or less for more than 25% pops: -5 (stackes with the above)
