Beskrivelse
Ritzman Building is a century old office building built with modern mind on its facade. Inspired by Rockefeller Building in Cleveland, Ohio. I wanted to build this because the vanilla lacks in 4x4 corner buildings and I was fascinated by its simplicity and strong linear expression which are unsual in the Victorian/Edwardian era.

Asset Info:

Extremely nice building, but for the steam pictures it would be nice to have at least one picture of the back. Is it a solid fire wall? Windows? Can't tell without downloading first :)

This is superb! Wish Terminal Tower, Key Tower, 200PS, and The Arcade were on here. And while I'm on the topic, the postmodern/gothic US Bank Centre is a gem!

@Katbarf IKR. Our City is on the move. We need to be in this game via Mods sooner then later. Come on :P

Very nice, stumbled across this looking for Cleveland buildings. We need more of these, I really miss my hometown. Downtown has so many unique buildings. I'm surprised nobody has made the Terminal Tower yet!

Thanks! I agree Cleveland has some nice historic buildings besides Pittsburgh and Detroit. I'll take a look the Millionairs Row. I wanna make some Victorian houses in future.

YES! Cleveland is such a historic city; in fact, around the turn of the 20th century, it was considered the "Silicon Valley" of America then... Many great buildings revolutionized architectural design throughout America. Please take a look at the Millionairs Row that housed John D.Rockefeller's mansion along many other millionairs... Blessings to your work!

There are lots of attractive buildings in Cleveland. I think I've seen an old photo of The Arcade and inside is just magnificent. the Society for Savings Building can be good since it's generic in a way. And yes, I need to be mentally ready to tackle Terminal Tower lol

YAY! Someone made a Cleveland building! Since you like old-fashioned architecture, you might be interested in creating others besides just the Terminal Tower. A unique building inspired by The Arcade (built in 1890--it's one of the first indoor shopping malls in the US) would be awesome. Also, the Cleveland Trust Rotunda (now a Heinen's Grocery Store) is an awesome looking bank built early in the 20th Century. Another one that's really cool is the Society for Savings Building next to Key Tower. I would positively drool over a good Terminal Tower model though! It's such an iconic building!

@AmericanSaxon
Terminal Tower is certainly in my "wishlist" to build...Key Tower is somehow handsome but I don't usually find myself enjoying to build post modern buildings which are usually out of proportion, literal and depressing...But I find Cleveland to be a good city to look for insipiration so you may see some buildings from there in future!
