There are many guides about this, but most telling people to go to special place, in this case alfenheim, to get this achievement. It's simply not true. You can get this even at Prologue: The Vestibule.

Description of the Achievement

"While never setting foot on the ground, grab enemies 10 times using Kulshedra."

Pre-condition

Already have Kulshedra on your arsenal

How to Obtain Kulshedra

Found in Chapter III
Broken into 2 parts of Golden LP
In Verse 4, after defeating the first Fairness
In Verse 9, in Paradiso, on small island at your right position when you first entering it, at the distance

How to Get the Achievement

Focus on just one Affinity (Kulshedra should grab one, focus just on that enemy)
Press jump button or A button
Hold the attack button or Y button until Kulshedra grab the enemy towards Bayonetta
Repeat the second and third process (Bayonetta will never go down as long you keep jumping and grab repeatedly)
Soon, you will see the notification of your new achievement

Nb: This guide is made with XBOX controller default configuration
