Overall, this map is very simple but somehow effective. It needs alot of tweaking and tidying up but overall for a first map this is very good.
P.S. Here are a couple of name suggestions:
de_downtown
de_ghetto
de_capital
de_opression

First i think it would benefit you to stop worrying about textures and props and just worry about structure and lighting. You have got brilliant areas such as A site and Middle however they are too simple. Work on adding more dynamic elements into your map. This map reminds me of my first ever map called de_savona. It was simple in design, a bit on the large side and featured rushed textures. I highly recommend focusing on the gameplay rather than the aesthetic.
Secondly it looks rushed and untidy. The fences and most props are hovering there are little gaps in the ground and even massive ones (maybe intensional). It has the sense of it being rushed. If you took some time to individually fix and update the little things, you would see it builds up and improves your map miles.
