The Flying Scotsman 2 is the IRNBRUte Industries, primary heavy scout and light rapid response force.
It carries no anti-laser defences and is designed for Pandas War MOD when he updates it, It WILL work in standard Neter Campaign.

i plan on updating and reworking the whole mod within about a week, and its got a lot of designs now, so i expect it to go well, however it will have less land than expected, due to AI issues

I added magnetic warheads and guidance with max range on my version, which led to interesting results
