Finding your Backups
To find the backup of your office, you'll want to visit the backup saves folder of Viscera.
As in the picture, you'll find it under;
"Steam\steamapps\common\viscera\saves\backups"
Selecting the right files to restore
The files we need are both saved in this folder, but what ones do you chose to restore?
Well that's upto you and the time you messed up and got fired!
Here's how we do it.
Next to each file will be a timestamp, very plain to see in windows under the "date modified" column
However you can also determine this by checking the numbers next to the save file.
The date comes first and is written in reverse, followed by the time written forwards.

In the highlighted example the date as we can see from the date modified column was 07/07/2016 at 1:40am
the date in reverse gives us the first number 20160707, year\month\day, followed by the time 014033
If you can't see the date modified column, this is how to find the date and time of the saves you want to pick.

Copy both the "TrophyData" and "TrophyDataCollective" into your Saves folder
Replacing the saves
Now that we have copied the backups into the saves folder we need to rename them and the original saves too.

In the the Blue area, you can see I have renamed the original "TrophyData" and put a -copy at the end, you can write whatever you want.
You also want to do this to the "TrophyDataCollective" save file.

Then we simply rename the copied backups to remove the timestamp and let the game read that as our office save, seen here in the Red box
Don't worry about the timestamps in MY picture these are just examples.

Avoiding Office resets
DON'T GET FIRED!

Seriously, rushing achivements can seem tempting, but the game has the office reset to stop just that. Take your time enjoy the game and don't mess up.
Additional
If you don't have a "trophydata.sav" just restoring the collective file will work.

Ok evan. Just follow the guide using the trophydatacollective.sav file.
As bullet_catcher said, unless you made a manual back up your office won't be able to put back to exactly how it was. It'll be messy but your collected items should come back.
As for your eotm awards, I'm not sure if the game counts them as trophies or not. I hope they do.
Sad to hear you got f'd over, in the future I suggest using the " lock office " option (under punchout settings) when hosting a mp game.

The TrophyDataCollective.sav is specifically for Trohpies only. In order to restore the progress of your Office you'll need to manually create a backup of your OfficeData.sav file.

I created a guide of my own including more details about this and a few other things:

Yeah my folder is rather old, vcd's been on there a pretty long time.
I'll stick a note in

I don't know if this has been changed but my friend and I do not have TrophyData.sav files anywhere. Although restoring just the Collective seems to work fine.
