How To Delete A Cloud Save (any game also)
By CreatedDisaster
In this guide I will step by step explain how to remove a cloud save from any game. In this case I used MKKE as an example since there is no way to reset stats within the game. This method does not involve using CMD, and it's actually quite easy.

Step #1 - Click On "Properties"
In your steam library, right click on the game from the list.
Step #2 - Disabling Steam Cloud

*Go to "UPDATES"
*Uncheck "Enable Steam Cloud"
Step #3 - Finding Application Identification (APP ID)
In order to find your APP ID, open your web browser and search for the game on the steam website. The APP ID will be at the end of the link, copy that.
Step #4 - Browsing Steam Directory
Go to your steam directory. In my case it's in my E: drive, so I will go to that disk and locate my local files. "E:/Steam/userdata/(your user ID)/237110/remote/user/MK9PSET/
Step #5 - Delete Save File
Delete the save file in order to create a new save when game is opened.
Step #6 - Creating New Save
Return to Steam and launch the game. As you can see, all progress is gone. That's what we want here.
Step #7 - Enable Steam Cloud
Return to properties, then go and enable steam cloud again.
Step #8 - Upload New Save File
Here you will be given the option to either re-download the cloud save you had, or to upload the current local save you have. In this case we want to upload the new local save since it is a new save. Voila! Once you do that, you've successfully created a new save for MKKE (or any other game you want). If you want to do this for another game I'm sure the steps are as simple. I used MKKE as an example, since the game doesn't offer an option to start over.
