Yeah, you play the game long enough and this isn't hard. Enemies actually drop mira in this game and in the final chapter you can get a ton since you need it to equip your lesser used party members for the final battle.

Not sure how I ended up with this quartz though. It's a legit save that I carried over from when I played it in Japanese. My thought is that likely somewhat wasn't removed after the debugging and me using a save that has every freaking quartz in the game made it apparent this early on.
