If you want to play arround with NPCs and nextbots well now you can

Features

Fully noded
-Hammer based Ground Nodes (Jumping npcs can actually jump)
-Hint nodes (Rebels can use cover and reach many spots they normally can't)
-Air Nodes
-Strider Nodes (Not working ATM)
-Fixed Navmesh

The Gmod 2022+ problem
Since latest versions of Garry's Mod Broke everything you may have to enter this console command "ai_norebuildgraph 1 And rejoin the map.
