Find the game folder
Find your game folder by right-clicking the game in Steam overlay and choosing 'browse local files'.
Open BaseSystemSettings.ini with Notepad and change the lines I indicated and save the file.



After you saved the file right-click it and tick the 'read-only' box. Click apply and ok.
Enjoy the game in 1440p or 2160p.
