Enemies sometimes drop tequila bottles. If you grab most of them, you will easily earn this achievement near the end of the first level (widow boss).

XXX Hot Chilli Burger
Collect 50 peppers
Same as the achievement above, you will eventually manage to earn it, but most likely in the second level.

No Brains!
Perform 1000 headshots total
You will shoot at the heads most of the times even if you don't aim them (like with spread and rapidfire weapons). I found the sniping weapons to be particulary effective in this game because you can align and shoot most of the enemies heads with lethal and percing shots. You will naturally earn it while playing (most likely during midgame).

Keep Rocking
Restore 5000 health points total
Like the previous achievements, it is very unlikely that you miss it. I got mine during the third (and last) level.

Tomb Raider
Find 13 secrets
This may sound hard but you will be surprised how secrets are obvious to find : simply spam the 's' button when your character stands in front of any suspicious objects from the background (boxes, trash, casks,...). There are probably more than 30 secrets in this game (I believe VHM issues go with the counting, so you have like 6 free secrets indicated in another section below).

Dead Man’s Booty
Collect $500 from the coffins
You won't miss this achievement if you know what you are doing. During the last boss fight (undertaker) in the second level (ghost town), coffins will drop from a regular basis. Some will come with money ; collect enough of it to earn this achievement before killing the boss.

Sub Zero
Freeze 50 enemies
There are two ways of freezing enemies.

1) You can loot a freezing weapon in the beginning of the first level.

2) You can use the ultimate tequila ability from the cop lady, Jaqueline. (wait for the yellow bar to be filled and press 'space').

Bride's Revenge
Kill 98 enemies with katana
Third cold weapon. Cheap & deadly. A must-buy for any character.

Machete Kills Again
Kill 70 enemies with machete
Basic cold weapon of Miguel.

I will not kill anyone(no)
Kill 50 enemies using Hawk MM1
Third explosive weapon of Miguel. Quite expensive.

28 Deaths Later
Die 28 times
Self-explanatory. Oddly, I got it after dying 6 times.

We've got explosives!
Kill 7 enemies with a single barrel explosion
A classic. Wait for many enemies to pack together around an explosive barrel and enjoy the boom.

Django Chained
Kill 25 Zombies Django with chainsaw
On level 2, in one of the shacks, you will eventually find a well-hiden trapdoor. Clean the mess and wait for the 'go' message to appear. Bust it open and you will come across a chainsaw in a destructible box. If you did not manage to kill 25 zombies, quit and reload the last checkpoint.

Underworld Rising
Kill 50 enemies while in Jeff’s wolfe form
Jeff's ultimate tequila ability. Max out the tequila gauge and kill 50 enemies while in the wolf form (you will most likely need to do this at least 3 times).

M.D.K.
Perform Massacre x100

Break wooden door with axe
In the beginning of the second level, you will come across some shacks. Simply break one of the doors with an axe (second cold weapon, shop).

VHM Otaku
Collect all VHM issues
VHM issues are magasines which give you some perks like extra ammos, health regen, etc. While you collect automatically 6 of the 12 during a single playthrough, 6 others are needed to be found (like other secrets, press 's' to collect them).

Here are the locations:

Level 1: Abandoned Miners Rush
VHM #2: (checkpoint 5) You will eventually come across a strange skeleton. Don't fall and jump over the gap to steal its magazine.

Level 2: Ghost Town
VHM #6: (checkpoint 2) In a cask, before one of the shacks.
VHM #8: (checkpoint 5) In the inn, clean the mess first. Before leving the area, make sure you visit the room 204: the magazine is under the bed.

Level 3: Classified Object
VHM #10: (checkpoint 1) In the beginning of the third chapter, you can see a magazine on top of a military crate.

VHM #11: (checkpoint 4) In the restricted area, you may find an opened box with a magazine inside.

VHM #12: (checkpoint 5) Just before the fight against the predator, you will need to clean an area (if you don't know where is it, just wait till you need to fight him, quit and reload the checkpoint) and then you can get access to a secret door. In this secret lab, check next to the lockers to find a magazine.
