hmmmmm....i think the Clone's got this, their armor could probably blunt a lot of the incoming fire from Combine SMGs, and maybe even the AR2,

however the Combine dont really have armor rated against Energy weapons,

vehicle wise, the APC wouldnt stand a chance against a AT-TE, or a TX-130

Manhacks would be the biggest problem in swarms,



of course, the ground battle would be over the moment they bring in the Venators, :-P
