Found the first one by accident; whacked the fire alarm a couple times just to see if it made a "ding" noise and it opened up lol

The quick reminders you get for this side quest is very vague, and just tell you to "find tha cache" and unless you listen to the audio logs again, you might forget that the stashes were fire alarms in the first place... This is useful ;,)
