Robots reworked

Description
A small mod rebalancing robots/droids/synthetics/cyborgs. Growth speed was buffed (+200%) for all except cyborgs; droids got buff to energy production; mineral production made constant (+15%) for all.

Details
robots / droids / synthetics: +200% growth speed;
robots / droids / synthetics: +15% to mineral production;
robots/ droids / synthetics: +15% to energy production;
robots/droids/ synthetics: +15% to research resources production;
cyborgs: +10% to research, energy and minerals production.

Changes are made by overwriting the corresponding traits in a separate file, therefore this mod should be compatible with everything (except the mods that change robot traits - in this case the changes made by this mod will probably dominate).

If you think that industry-produced mechanical units shall be constructed faster than organics multiply, then put your logical unit at ease and try this mod out! :)

Even after installing the robots (tier1) and the tier 2 droids still have the 30 month creation time.

In vanilla, a happy, Industrious, Very Strong, Cyborg organic pop gets a 50% minerals bonus, and that percent bonus is topped if you also have Proles or slavery. Unless you also tweaked the other perks, robots will always be inferior to organics when it comes to minerals.

OK, I will change cyborgs to have +10% bonus instead of +15%.

I like this rebalance to Robots quite a bit, but I did discover one feature (oversight?) that I didn't like.

When you reduced Robot/Droid/Synth down to +15% Minerals (I assume to match with % of the biological bonuses) you created a case where partially organic Strong/Very Strong Cyborgs are superior miners to the tireless industrial Droids, even before you factor in the Happiness bonus. Something about that seems very wrong, especially since it's not difficult to setup. I haven't tested it but I suspect that Cyborg-Proles will also be better miners than the Robot line.

Personally I'd recommend lowering the bonus on the Cyborg trait down to +10 or 5 for Minerals (and maybe Energy - your Cyborg trait is very strong, since it can be combined with Bio trait bonuses so this may be the more "balanced" option).

Just my 2 cents (as the saying goes), and thank you for your efforts modding.

That is why Cyborgs did not get buff to the "growth" speed in this mod. Their bodies are built since those are mechanical objects. The mind is a software, it is irrelevant here, but can be duplicated, if u r so picky for explanations. :)

Sorry. :) This mod only tweaks some numbers aiming to rebalance the mechanical units in a more logical way. As I see it, at least.
