Well, this isn't the Spitter, but the Scout it seems. But yeah, it seems like the same problem.

This is all my assuming you're trying to decompile the Spitter .mdl, but if not, the problem seems similar enough, with the twisted joints and all. Believe me, I had to figure out the issue for years . :steamfacepalm:

And I mean, decompile the unmodified version with that setting, replace it with the .smd as usual, recompile.

Decompile this with latest version of Crowbar and make sure "Include $definbone lines (typical for viewmodels)" is on.
