"I made a transport network on Mission Monsaró.

(38.000 people) I expanded the rural town in the northeast a bit so it could run a profitable bus route with tiny City22 buses. Victoria Isle became a villa estate. Additionally better services and the due building level ups made the city center denser. I removed the eastern central industry and in the northwest I added more housing. Industry was mostly replaced with offices. The network is based with starting point all lines begin and end on at the new university and train station complex. Except the northern industry and the far western industry all districts have direct connections to the city center. (there are a few spots they may have to walk a block extra, in the northern central.), The rural towns in the north east (because that area has a low demand meaning I did it with small buses) and the victoria isle which due to the same small demand is connected by a small bus. (Victoria isle by that has the worst connection, it has 2 exchanges or a single exchange with a long travel time to the city center.

Frequency (translated for realistic values, actual frequency is really high in CS because extreme population density and a very high transport usage percentage. These values are based on usage of the bus in the game, Pretty much all buses don't get more then 80% of their capacity used (Capacity at a realistic 80, 22 for the minibus on 508/509)

There is actually a tool for it. - This can be done with the CSL Map View Mod. (keep in mind parts of the mod are broken but it will function if you follow the authors instructions)
