Oh, man, it's been a while. Generally, recovery from extremely bad rep isn't easy. Far as I remember, with the glukkt it's cutting favorable deals with them and also hunting down debtors. I think you need to have the corporate guy with you for that, since he can decipher the 'repo notices' (also a subspace snare mod makes this a lot easier).
Doing quests helps as well, if you haven't completely tanked your standing with them.
But yeah, it's been too long and I think I never upset them ('cause I needed them for credits : D), so I'm not 100% sure, sorry!
But I was also using hyperbole for humor. Anyone should murder at their heart's delight, for reasons they enjoy, I don't judge ; )

Unofortunately, development was canceled after the September patch back then, so, yeah, this is all we'll ever get.
I'd say it's still worth playing, though, despite the bumps in the road : )
