Introduction
This guide will show you the locations of all 8 pages of Renée's diary. I will list which chapter I found each page in, however I don't think it matters which chapter you find them in as long as you can enter the necessary part of the asylum.

Found in Ch.1 After entering the main building, go to the 2nd door on your left. The page will be on a bookcase to the right.

Found in Ch.4. On the first floor in ward 1, the observation hallway, enter the door on the left that's right before the second hallway that's also on your left. You'll enter a locker room and the page will be on a bench to the right as you enter the room.

Found in Ch.5. This page will be inside Surgery B on the chair to the left immediately upon entering the room.

Found in Ch. 6a. This page is found on the fifth bench to your right as you follow the path. After the third bench you'll go down some stairs, the page will be on the second bench after the stairs.

Found in Ch. 12a. Upon entering the kitchen area, go through the only open door against the back wall. Turn left and go into the room right in front of you. The page will be on a matress in the back of the room.

Found in Ch. 7a. You'll find this page on a table in the room at the end of the hallway of Ward 2, calm women.

Found in Ch. 9a. When entering the semi-agitated ward go to the second door on the right. The page will be on a table in the back right corner of the room.
Side note: I forgot to take the screenshot before picking up the page.

Found in Ch. 9a. In the hallway headig towards the archive room, enter the fourth door on the left from the enterance of the hallway, or the second door on the right from the archive room. The page will be on a desk just inside the room to your left.

Page 5/8 is found in Chapter 7, not 12a. Otherwise, it's a great guide.

Thanks for the guide. Had some trouble finding the 5/8 (12a). In the kitchen facing the wall with the actual cookers (the wall that only has one door in the corner on the left), take the first door on the left wall and the mattress is there. I also add: if you previously did 100% the game, finding all the pages takes only 30 minutes or less using chapter select.
