Hi friends!

I was very busy for last 2 months and couldn't make some stuff for Cities: Skylines.
But now I finished 3 buildings of residential complex "Admiral". Original complex located in central part of Krasnodar near the river Kuban. These buildings oriented for rich citizens, there are many 2-floor flats and penthouses. Complex contain 5 buildings, 3 of them you can find in my workshop. Another buildings (the first; and two towers, built in 2017) are being created.

Universal ingame formula for this complex:
Residential - lvl 5, 30 homes, 60k cost. Per block.
Commercial - 3 lvl, 25 workplaces, 30k cost. Per block.
Office - 30 workplaces, 30k cost per block.



If you don't have RICO this building will be a monument in game without workplaces and other features. Also, you need to install Sub-Building Tabs for better perfomance and usability.

I subscribed to this because I want variety in my beautiful cities, just like many of you do.
Don't forget to build small roads around the buildings. You may ask which I recommend, if you can't figure it out. Welcome to add me to Steam friends.

@ams083 you need build roads to each module. Entrance of commercial module on another side of this building.

I keep getting No Road Access. Looking in the building tabs, its the Commercial that this is affecting.

@vl.kott каждый подъезд - самостоятельное здание со своим въездом. Необходимо подвести дороги ко всем входам чтоб не было такой проблемы.

Возникает проблема с домами серии "Адмирал": умирает человек, а за ним не модет приехаь труповозка.
Это наблюдается у угловых домов, и у коммерческих построек.
