Yet Another Special Room revamp pack.

Note: Whenever I say "better" I don't mean more advantagous

New stuff include:
* Better shops for ALL upgrade levels.
* I added a new minor design theme for arcades. You'll understand it quickly.
* Angel rooms never suck. Ever. They usually suck even after the update. Not these baby.
* Better Crawlspaces & Better chance for Black Markets
* Libraries are well-adjusted to how to jump strats, if you catch my grep

I'm open to suggestions. Hopefully this is good. Probably not. Report bugs immedietly.
