Welp, here is another NPC and Playermodel mod by me.

THIS IS NOT A RESKIN, THESE ARE EXTRA NPCS. THEY DON'T OVERRIDE THE ORGINAL ONES

This mod was suggested by

jklinksiek.

This Mod Includes :

⇒ 32 NPCs
⇒ 16 Playermodels
⇒ 32 Different and Special Spawn Icons
⇒ Combine Loyalists Category

NPC Features :

⇒ Melee attacks
⇒ Hostiles have poor accuracy ( Because they are citizens and were most likely not trained to use a firearm. )
⇒ Hostiles patrol around the area when not in combat and after combat
⇒ Default weapon spawns

all the male loyalists are either citizen medics or citizens, why does this happen?

check your addons for conflictions

I don't see these.. nor the combine officers.. Anywhere in my NPC folder. Checked it everywhere, restarted my game a couple times.. Just aren't there. Anyone?
