Open Windows Registry Editor by pressing Win + R and type regedit on your keyboard.
Locate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IvanovichGames\Perfect Angle
Double click on NumeroPistas_h[some numbers], then enter whatever number you like, click OK.
Now open the game and enjoy!

tysm! Lost all of my progress (more than half way through). This allowed me to "fast forward" the game to where I was before. What a time saver!
