Hah, yeah. I'm fairly sure I death optimized these as well, but probably not as much as he did. Indeed they were meant for tinier drones, and I am happy you get to enjoy them and learn how to design them yourself!

He may; but I KNOW his are bleeding edge, barely contained death boxes ready to devour a ship in nuclear fire in a mili-second if you slam an airlock door to hard or someone plugs in a European hair drier into the 120V plugs. By his own admission. :)

I've been using your reactors to create my own upgraded, cheaper drones. Smaller, lighter and cheaper than a Thermo-electric. More efficient radiator usage (higher output temp) means smaller radiators. And, getting to pick your designs apart, I'm finally delving into how reactors are designed myself.

Hi there! Thanks for the comment, thanks! I do not know if they break physics or not, to be honest, I do not usually check the numbers, but with the min/maxing I'm going to err on the side of them not being realistic. The game did make the limits less lenient and it's set in the future where these things are war-optimized though, so who can tell? Happy to hear they're useful!

Doesn't Apophys have better reactors?

Okay, these little reactors are great. But are they too great? Are they breaking physics; as in they work in the game world, but could never exist in real life. I ask because I do like to stick inside the realm of reality with this game. I also ask because these tiny reactors are completely game changing. They make new drones possible and reduce the cost of existing drones by as much as 75%!!!
