Intro
This guide follows as a compliment to my first guide, VBIGCAT’S GUIDE TO GOOD FOOD. Check it out if you haven’t already. Unlike in my first guide, the following tables are meant to show the foods that provide one or two effects with the least boost to hunger (and subsequently the shortest-lasting buffs), and, additionally, the foods that provide the most varied or unique combinations of buffs with a large boost to hunger. Using a mix of the foods from first table (Apéritifs) and a single food from the second table (Digestifs), you will be able to get the maximum number of buffs at once in the most efficient manner. I will not be providing the recipes in this guide, like I had in my last, because there are just too many.

As mentioned on the Wiki and my previous guide, the maximum level of hunger is 70, so logically for maximum buffing it is most efficient to consume as many foods with the lowest hunger boosts as possible. Once you have consumed enough items from the Apéritifs table to the point that you are nearing a full hunger bar, you may then consume a food item from the Digestifs table (or any other powerful food item of your choice, such as one from my previous guide) to acquire your total preferred buffs.
Example
I will present an example that gives your character every available food buff. When your hunger bar reaches the point that you are starving and just starting to take damage:
  • Consume a Hot Bone to bring your hunger bar to 35 and give you the Nova and Rage buffs;
  • Consume Cactus Juice to bring your hunger bar to 45 and give you the Thorns buff;
  • Consume Alien Fruit Juice to bring your hunger bar to 65 and give you the Light buff;
  • And, finally, consume Ultimate Juice to bring your hunger bar (figuratively) over 70 and give you the Health, Energy, Run, and Jump buffs.
With this process, you will now have the Nova, Health, Thorns, Light, Energy, Run, Jump, and Rage buffs all at once, in addition to the Full Belly buff.

I recommend choosing from the Digestifs table first, so that you know what buffs you will be sure to have at the end, and then picking from the Apéritifs accordingly for what else you need.

I would also like to repeat that using this method of stacking does not get you particularly long-lasting effects, with some of the foods only providing their buff for a minute and a half. As such, I assume this method is only useful for battles where you have a chance to take cover and repeat the process.

Conclusion
If you find any errors, or anything is confusing, please do comment or leave a suggestion. I am also very happy to add any foods that you’ve found useful and believe deserve a place on one of these tables.
