This is a private mod I am making public since I am sure some one out there wants less of a grind for districts.
This mod cuts down the heirloom cost of distrcts to 20% of the original cost.

my game crashes when loading with it

for anyone who sees this, yes this mod and the 50% cost version still work. Obviously it doesn't affect districts added by mods and it doesn't affect the Red Hook district

Does this need to be updated since CoM has been out and they have made many changes to stuff in the patches since...

Any chance you could try to Collab with the Hard Earned Districts mod/mod author to help reduce the cost of his districts? or rather, maybe upload another one of these mods, but one that specifcally targets the cost values of his disctricts?
