Hailstorm class Dreadnought rev. 2

A New Armour and weapon pattern for the Hailstorm class of dreadnought made similar enough to the old version their parts could be recycled, armour vastly improved, practically impenetrable to long and mid-range fire.

new weapons layout gives the hailstorm both a range and penetration similar to the lance on 8 of its main battery guns, while its other 8 have been refitted to "Colossus" class 20mm railgun with massively improved damage and penetration at close range.

Laser coverage improved, and explosive payloads placed mid citadel to prevent detonations.

Finally, the hailstorm can survive being citadeled repeatedly to both crew and ammunition as long as another BJaH fleet ship or planet with sufficient crew is nearby to take remote control, crew requirements for control are around 50 but will be significantly less if systems have been destroyed as they would likely would be if anything big enough to citadel the craft is attacking.

actually putting down a hailstorm completely is now next to impossible due to redundant power, cooling, weapons, and control systems and most adversaries have to settle for simply disarming it.
