"Preston Garvey 'Alone' in Sanctuary Hills, circa 2287.

Taken in Fallout 4 running Ultra Settings, utilizing the High Resolution Texture Pack, I captured Preston 'walking alone' in Sanctuary, looking solemn yet quietly powerful, carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders, including the weight of those he choose to help through it all... I felt it was a good capture for a composition, so I set to work finding a nice quote to go with it. One 'fitting' my desired theme would be great, inspiring those who sometimes feel the weight of the world is too much, or uplifting to those who feel 'alone' at times; and I eventually found an apt quote by Dickens.

((I’m having a ton of fun with Fallout 4, which was a recent gift from My Better Half when it was on sale - and although I am mostly just building up my Settlements (as opposed to getting Quests done out in the ruined world), it is exposing me to the Settlers and their personalities. This artwork is an expression of those interactions, what I think their personal qualities/goals are (from what I have been exposed to thus far); and my enjoyment of it all... I hope you enjoy these little ‘representational snippets’ of their lives.))
