One other thing to consider (as part of a long game) is that Consistency, Cornering and Smoothness are stats you can take lower to start with than the others as they receive 2x HQ bonuses whereas the others only get 1x HQ bonus.
Fitness is only useful in Endurance.
Feedback only needed in practice to get the best setups (these still change every season no matter what saved setups you have - although it is good to have a base setup for every track).
Usually that problem is with young drivers who reach their potential early in their careers say age 22 (high growth, low potential) because the game doesnt allow the drivers to grow over their potential, they just stop the growth even though the driver hasn't reached a peak age yet.
Got game fresh download from steam so assume its latest version but do you think this is a bug, have you come across this issue? Thanks
