Man, you're right too, Survivor was one of my inspiration too for the middle area of the map :)
And yep, I'll try to put only one crate in the map too !

Aaaaah all of these good maps on cs 1.6 ;-°

About the visual, it will certainly become something like a natural park where you'll have some signs / ropes and other things to guide you. :)

pros: As you already know, the lighting and the textures provide a good visibility.
cons: some of the pathways around mid area are a little bit confusing, but i'm sure you will give them a proper identity in the future versions.

The maps reminds me vaguely about 3DMike's cs1.6 map de_survivor, and i'm not refering to the layout ;). The theme you chosed allows you to optimize it easyer and place cover spots without the use of those omnipresent crates that i see in the vast majority of Cs maps, as if the world is a big fucking warehouse.

Map is a very interesting idea, definitely has a ton of potential. Some recommendations, the underpass part of mid could be a shallow river, or maybe a deep river, letting people jump in for temporary protection but also hindering their moving speed, B site should contain an oil rig, and B and mid should connect onto the little top area of steps. A site should have crates, the barrels and maybe a large boulder for a bit of cover. The tunnels open to mid should be a bit more open so you can nade mid, because right now pushing mid seems like the best option every round for T side.
