yep, very much so. in fact, it's possible that this mod would become one of many as a basis for a "mod based expansion" or some other fanmade project. while it wouldn't be up to me, it's such a large undertaking, that pieces of work lay all over the workshop could be implemented in such a way. so, i can only answer fully: this mod should be compatible with everything that doesn't 'fundamentally alter' equipment. even in mods that add items, such as synergies for instance, this is compatible unless otherwise other mods were to do that in "an unknown way" such as Dexterity/Focus based weapons/armor/etc.
