It's the easiest way to get the initial levels with this fishing rod. It is perfectly suited for getting rare baits because of the cheapness of improvements and free repair. Also, in some tournaments it is allowed to use only it. So it will come in handy.

Well, how to improve (level up) any fishing rod using the example of TF 500?
1. First, we need to decide how much time we are willing to spend in order to get improvement points.
The improvement points accumulate very slowly, so it is preferably to speed up this process for gold coins at least up to x5.

Start fishing. The larger fish by the ratio to the test, the faster the accumulation of improvement points. The maximum possible number of level up points for any rod is 25.
2. Next, you should decide what is the purpose of leveling up. There can be several of them (cast distance for catching some rare fish, power leveling for catching large fish, earning silver and for getting rare bait), but we have already determined the goal for this rod - it will obtain the bait.
3.The only we need to distribute the improvement points correctly.

and get 6% to the chance to get a bonus bait when catching certain fish species.

If you distributed the points incorrectly, you can always redistribute them for 50 gold.

4. After receiving 25 leveling points, an additional opportunity opens up to improve the fishing rod and make it truly unique. We start to twist the stars. We need a lot of silver for this. There are no advice, because everything depends on your luck. It can comes out 10 different categories, but we only need one for this fishing rod - this is the chance to get the bait. We will catch it. As a result, I caught three stars on the bonus to the bait and got 19% of the total value. This means that I will get a rare bait from about every 5th fish of those, that generate bonuses.
5. Catching the stars - it is strike of luck, you can get lucky and you will immediately get the planned result, or you can spend gold and silver in search of the right star for a long long time. The process is: You open the stars for silver and if you are not satisfied with the result, you reset. In case, if 1 -2 stars fit you, you can freeze them once for 10 gold.
