Super Efficient Cell Quality Quickbuilds

Description
A set of very efficient quickbuild cells in quality ratings 1-10, plus some with all needs included, for lockup or luxury reasons.

Please note: This mod changes the prefabs.txt file, which makes it incompatible with other modifications that change this file.

Includes two family cells -- one basic, one with all needs met

Everything should work no matter which way you rotate, except for the weight machine in the lock-in rooms. You may need to remove and rotate it to the correct spot for those two rooms.

Thanks to hoosdatGuy for the guide, and Phelzier for the mod that I modded. The icons in the thumbnail are from the Modern UI mod from Drummer Si

N=All needs met in cell

W=Outdoor Facing Windows used to hit quality number

LI=Lock-in Cell where all needs are met as cheaply as possible

For anyone who uses other mods (that might make them incompatible) could you include some screenshots to show the different types of cells so they could still be implemented in their prisons? If it is not too much trouble that is. :)
