Some numbers may be different. the bit you're interested in is "Angles"
the numbers "0 0 0" relate to the individual angles of the element. (they may be different depending on where you placed
The first number deals with the object's rotation on the x axis, the second deals with the y axis and the third deals with the z axis, if you placed on a wall this should be 90/180/-180/-90/0
PuzzleMaker likes increments of 45, when you have changed a number save the file and reopen the map in creator to see if you changed the right value
It'll make it easier to find for now.
Save it as whatever you want, it doesn't matter really.
Locate C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Portal 2\portal2\puzzles\[long number string] (you might not have (x86)
Inside that folder will be a file with a long number as it's name and .p2c as it's extension, the most recent one will be the map you just made.
Open it in Notepad (or equivalent text editor) and look for this:
"portal2_puzzle"

You can angle puzzle elements AND you make great puzzles? You must be some kind of wizard! :P
