Okay, I have been going through the mod trying to find all that is broken, and found out the upgrades no longer work on the large assembler when shrunk. So, I decided to use the large H2/O2 as a substitute since it isn't used at all in this mod. I will be continuing work on this mod for a few days, so keep the bug reports going.

Reset a few things to current default. Large Block Large Reactor now has green/red lighting. Reactor destruction now eplodes as the default would.
