Beta 1.2: Optimisation Update

Added:
- Area Portals
- Canalisation
- Small factory

We worked on optimisation on our map. We created 3 area portals for 3 zones: Citadel, City & Nova Prospekt.
So you will have 3 or 2 times more FPS.
We made a better skybox. There was one skybox for the whole map. So now, only city has a skybox.
