###BUG FIXES###
Selecting easy difficulty now grants "grain farms" technology like it should do

The intro event now appears for everyone in a multiplayer session, and will display for players that enter via HotJoin

Grain farms building now has plural entry in localization

Fixed France getting an invalid plane on start

###FEATURES###
Now "clear forests" decision only removes 4 units of wood, but still give 6 units of grain

"Mine for coal deposits" now has a cooldown of 180 days, instead of single-use

Now if you finish a war with "lack of food", an event will fire and you will get rid of it!

AI Behavior changes: AI will never pick an EXRE decision if they have less than 30K manpower. Will never pick "Clear Forests" if they don't have any state with more than 16 wood production.

Added initial stockpiles, so you don't start 1936 with huge amounts of food debt!

Heavy ammo usage was increased

Now "Lack of Food" national spirit has a cool unique icon

Nerfed AI lack of food, from -30% factory output to -5%, -30% dockyard output to -10%

Removed fuel equipment

Removed hot and cold uniform technologies because RT56 has equivalent

"Set up grain farms" decision now adds a building slot to house the farm

Reworked logo for extra fancyness

Updated compatibility for 1.9.*

Localization updated for more detailed equipment descriptions and grammar corrections (English only, i don't speak german, sorry)

Portuguese localization added

Equipment cost has been reworked i.e. weapons cost steel and wood instead of steel and coal

Nation-specific uniform GFX now appear on the tech tree

Enhanced for mod compatibility (exre technology tags now reside in their own file)

All states resources are now added via on_actions, this means greater mod compatibility and ease of modification!

###RESOURCE DISTRIBUTION###
Nord-Pas-De-Calais(29) coal production went from 0 to 10 (+10)

Picardy(785) coal production went from 0 to 9 (+9)

Normandy(15) coal production went from 0 to 6 (+6)

Paris(16) coal production went from 18 to 8 (-10)

EXRE Tech tree has been reorganized

The title of the first event now appears correctly

Light tank destroyers now use heavy ammo
