The latest hotfix seems to have introduced a completely unrelated problem so I've hotfixed it again.

I'm utterly confused how this happened

All who say there was a typo in the last patch are obviously spreading FAKE news

Balance and bugs:

Future tree:

Cloning branch:
- removed the negative supply usage modifier as it both doesn't work like I thought and imo how it should work as well as overflowing and causing issues.
- lowered all conscription values by 25%

Elite Soldiers branch:
- lowered the strict selections impact from -5% to -2% but in exchange your units will take longer to train. I felt like this would both make playing this branch more enjoyable as well as keeping the balance I intended it to give.

Graphical:

- Icons for you, and you and you and you. Sadly not for the mechanist and anti-gravity trees yet but hey that will come in the future. This update will cover about 60% of the missing icons we had (disclaimer: that number is a pure guess)

Update: 18 Sep, 2017 @ 9:32am

Future tech tab: As your nation goes into the future plans must be made about what your nation is going to focus their research on. Will you work on improved AI and robotics or will your advancements in biotech unlock the secrets of cloning? Perhaps you will be more down to earth and focus on making your army the most well trained soldiers in the world, or will you take a less heavy approach as a young scientist manages to isolate traces of the graviton?

Update: 8 Sep, 2017 @ 8:30am

- Rebalanced Shielding tech. Buffs are slightly less heavy, aircraft have slightly less range reduction.
- Because nations don't start with power techs they really should have I've lowered the first two tech costs
