Major update, Version 1.

- Weapons are now added with proper ItemIDs.
- Config moved to KFTIM_Example_Config.ini to prevent overwriting.
- Default config generated if absent, empty or when iVersion is set to zero.
- Debug logging can be turned on or off (by default on for now).
- Also works as a Server Actor.

Added M99 Sniper Rifle to the default config file, and commented out the old (incomplete) one from the Unoficial Weapons Pack.

Now sending a placeholder for items the server doesn't have, instead of the WepDef name of the first missing item.

Dummy items now visible in the trader menu. Collect 'em all! ;)

Now adding dummyitems to the client's trader inventory for weapons the server has but the client doesn't have, to keep both in sync.
