Toned down reinforcements on haven survivors a bit more.

Haven Survivors should now fully work: has been tested at every alert level.

Fixed crashing issue with Rescue Haven Survivors.


Rescue Haven Survivors should now properly spawn civilians at the mid/late game phases.

Toned down the maximum strength of reinforcements on Rescue Haven Survivors.

Added a few more armed and unarmed civilians to act as meat shields for your own troops.

Chosen are now allowed to spawn on Rescue Haven Survivors.

Added Rescue Haven Survivors and Neutralize Avatar Project VIP.

Rescue rings should now only appear on the VIP in Emergency Extraction, and not on anybody else.

Per Fireborn's advice, resistance operatives are now triggered to go on red alert upon mission start in the added mission types they're in.
